Notice of Planning Board Meeting
For individuals who cannot join in person, an individual may submit written comments/questions by contacting the Board Secretary via email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting. The comments/questions must include the individual’s name and address, which will be read into the record.
Formal Action may be taken at this meeting with respect to the matters listed on the agenda. Other business may come before the Board, upon which formal action may be taken. Portions of the meeting may be discussed in Closed Executive Session as provided by law.
